Bei Segelflugmodellen wird die Kupplung direkt in der Rumpfspitze angebracht, bei Motorflugmodellen kann sie in den Rumpfrücken eingebaut werden. Auch bei seitlichem Zug ist ein sicheres Ausklinken gewährleistet.
